Refund and cancellation policy
How cancellations, refunds and disputed charges are handled.
Cancellation of a retainer
Retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to info@veretetrouge.com after the initial three-month minimum term. The current billing month is completed and delivered; no further invoices are issued after the notice period ends.
Refunds on monthly retainers
Retainer fees cover work delivered within the billing month and are generally non-refundable once the month has begun. If the Company has not started work for a given month, the fee for that month is refunded in full on request.
Project work
For fixed-price projects, a cancellation before work begins is refunded in full. After work has begun, the client is invoiced for the portion of the project delivered and the remainder is refunded within 14 days.
Advertising media budget
Media budget paid by the client directly to advertising platforms is subject to the refund rules of those platforms and cannot be refunded by the Company.
Service issues
If a deliverable does not match the agreed written scope, notify us within 14 days. We will correct the deliverable at no additional cost, or credit the corresponding portion of the fee against the next invoice.
How to request a refund
Send the invoice number and the reason to info@veretetrouge.com. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
